IN BRIEF : Bucks’ Horford to Sit Out Season
MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee Bucks rookie center Tito Horford will probably miss the rest of the NBA season after undergoing successful surgery to correct a hammertoe deformity. The team said today that Dr. David Haskell, the team’s orthopedic consultant, conducted the operation Wednesday at Elmbrook Hospital in suburban Brookfield on three toes on Horford’s left foot. Horford had been experiencing severe discomfort as a result of the condition, the Bucks said.
