What About Groundhog Day?
F eb. 2, Groundhog Day, on which a little rodent supposedly reveals the duration of cold weather by seeing or not seeing its shadow, passed without notice being taken in this newspaper. The following objections are by pupils at Topanga Elementary School. We are very disappointed that you never put any article about the groundhogs. We would like it if you put an article about the groundhogs next year. Please do not forget to put it in the paper.

Now we don’t know if the groundhog saw its shadow or not. Please remember to put it in the paper next year. Please keep this letter in a safe place to remind you.
