Tish Johnson Leads After Bowling Qualifying
Tish Johnson of Panorama City, averaging a near-record 243, held a 143-pin lead over Dede Davidson at the end of qualifying Monday in the $30,000 Ladies Pro Bowlers Tour San Dimas tournament.
Johnson, trying for her sixth career title, finished qualifying with an 18-game total of 4,379 pins, 39 pins short of the LPBT record set by Lisa Wagner in 1986.
