Five Plead Innocent: Five people pleaded innocent to federal charges that they plotted to steal up to $14 million from Bank of America customer accounts by using counterfeit cards to gain access to automated teller machines across the country. The pleas were entered by Mark Koenig, 28, a computer programmer and the alleged mastermind of the plot; his wife, Jacklyn Bobby, 33; his brother, Scott Koenig, 27; his sister-in-law, Bobbi Jo Bobby, 20, and Robert Hussey, 28.
