ATI Medical’s Earnings Up 31% in 2nd Quarter
ATI Medical in Glendale said its fiscal second-quarter earnings rose 31% from a year earlier on a 53% surge in revenue.
ATI, which rents medical equipment to hospitals and the entertainment industry, said net income in the quarter that ended Dec. 31 climbed to $547,411 from $416,655 a year earlier. Revenue rose to $9.80 million from $6.41 million.
The company attributed the gains largely to ATI’s addition of six branch offices, which raised the company’s number of offices to 45 nationwide.
For the first half of its fiscal year, ATI’s profit rose 22% to $757,254 from $621,119, and six-month revenue was up 60% to $18.3 million from $11.4 million.
