Construction Under Way on Rancho Pacifica Business Park
Construction is under way on the $24.7-million second phase of Trammell Crow Co.’s 70-acre Rancho Pacifica Business Park in the Rancho Dominguez area of the South Bay.
June occupancy is scheduled for 340,672 square feet of space that has been leased to Ralphs Grocery Co. for use as a major distribution center. The second phase will consist of three distribution/warehouse and service center buildings totaling 520,000 square feet on 20.6 acres, according to Brian Mott, partner in charge of Trammell Crow’s South Bay office.
Rancho Pacifica is at the northwest corner of Alameda Avenue and Del Amo Boulevard in an unincorporated part of Los Angeles County.
The architect is the Nadel Partnership, Santa Monica, and the design combines elements of Mission and colonial architecture with post-modern detailing.
