Johnson Seeks 4th Motocross Victory

SAN DIEGO — Rick Johnson, who leads the Camel Supercross Series in rider points, will be looking for his fourth straight motocross victory this season tonight in the Coors Extra Gold Super Challenge at Jack Murphy Stadium.

Johnson’s toughest competition will likely come from his Honda teammate and roommate, Jeff Stanton, who is currently second in points. Other contenders are Johnny O’Mara and Erik Kehoe, of Suzuki, and Yamaha’s Micky Dymond and Damon Bradshaw.
