Terminal Data reported its net income fell 58% for the first quarter ended Dec. 30 to $79,000 compared to $187,000 in the same period a year earlier. Revenue was down 17% to $5.6 million from $6.7 million.
President David Krar Hutton attributed the company’s performance to a slowdown in orders for its check processing microfilmers. Terminal Data is a Moorpark-based company, which makes equipment that converts documents to images for storage on disks and microfilm.
