Erin Madison Ltd. Inc. of Newport Beach has purchased a 300-acre parcel of vacant land situated in Riverside and San Bernardino counties for $18.5 million from Ahmanson Commercial Development Corp. of Los Angeles. Located in the Auga Mansa enterpise zone, the property is bounded by El Rivino Road, holly Street and Wilson Street. AIP Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer and Collins Fullerr Corp. represented the seller.
