WOMEN’S GOLF
With a 54-hole total of 238, U.S. International’s Allison Shapcott finished ninth in the Yamaha-USC Invitational on the 6,157-yard par-72 course at the Oakmont Country Club in Glendale.
San Diego State’s Karen Enberg finished 17th with a 243 and Tupito Walker (USIU) and Wendy Kaupp (SDSU) finished tied for 23rd.
In the team competition, USIU was eighth, SDSU ninth.
WOMEN’S TENNIS
The University of San Diego defeated UC Santa Barbara, 5-1, to run its record to 2-0.
USD defeated Pepperdine Tuesday.
