Free-agent pitcher Rod Scurry faces an April 4 preliminary hearing in Reno on charges of possession and use of cocaine. He remains free on $6,000 bail.
He was arrested Dec. 22 after allegedly purchasing $40 worth of rock cocaine from a police informant.
