Company Plans 20 Projects in Four States
Leisure Technology has announced plans to develop 20 new communities on more than 2,500 acres of residential property in major housing markets in Southern California, Illinois, New Jersey and Florida.
Michael L. Tenzer, the firm’s chairman of the board and chief executive officer, said the major expansion sets the company’s growth objective of doubling revenues over the next three years.
Plans call for a total of about 5,400 homes in three large-scale adult communities, with an additional 900 homes planned for small-scale communities.
