Proposition 103 Insurance ‘Mess’

You should have written your editorial before the election.
Take a look at what is happening in New Jersey and you will get a small idea of the insurance chaos California will have. Over half the drivers in New Jersey are insured in the “state Fund” at the highest rates in the nation and the fund is over $2 billion in debt.
A lot of people who knew nothing about the insurance process voted themselves what they think will be a saving of some of their insurance premiums. Ralph Nader and Harvey Rosenfield led them over the cliff.
I have lost complete faith in the California legislators to address state problems and in the initiative process.
