“This is my favorite recipe for parties,” M. Dolce writes. “They keep well for weeks in a covered container, tin or box.”
CHINESE CRISPIES
1 package won ton skins
Oil for deep-frying
Powdered sugar
Using cookie cutters, cut won ton skins in Christmas shapes, if desired, for the holidays. Heat oil to 350 degrees and fry won tons until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
