A man described as an undocumented worker was killed Monday night while running across Interstate 5 just north of the Dairy Mart Road overpass, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The man, whose identity is not known, was killed about 8:15 p.m. when a southbound car struck him and continued driving, authorities said.
