UCLA Women Fall to North Carolina, 95-71

The North Carolina women’s basketball team outshot UCLA, 60% to 37%, and beat the Bruins, 95-71, Sunday at Chapel Hill, N.C.
The Tar Heels took an 8-point lead into the second half and increased their advantage to 80-53 with 13:27 remaining.
Liza Donnell scored 19 points, and Sheri Anderson and Tanya Lamb had 16 each to lead the Tar Heels. Molly Tideback was the high scorer for the Bruins with 17 points.
