While the news divisions of the Big Three are scrambling to realign their Washington bureaus, Cable News Network announced Friday it will be sending out the same Washington team to cover the Bush Administration. Senior White House correspondent Charles Bierbauer will continue to lead a team that includes Frank Sesno and Mary Tillotson. Where CNN is looking at a new hand is in its Atlanta headquarters, where Ed Turner will become executive vice president for news gathering; Paul Amos, who had been vice president for headline news, will become executive vice president for news programming, and Jon Petrovich, who has been in charge of CNN affiliate relations, will become executive vice president for headline news.
