Community College Roundup : Goff Scores 22; Fullerton Wins in Tournament

Mike Goff scored 22 points to lead Fullerton College to a 77-69 victory over College of the Desert Tuesday in the first round of the Riverside basketball tournament.
The Hornets (10-1) led, 47-33, at halftime, but their lead was cut to 65-63 with 6 minutes left. Goff then hit three consecutive jump shots to put Fullerton ahead, 71-63.
Goff also had a team-high 8 rebounds.
Kelli McKinney scored 21 points and Darryl Griffin 14 for Fullerton.
