Robert G. Minor has been named president of the space transportation systems division of Rockwell International, El Segundo. Seymour Z. Rubenstein has been appointed president-advanced systems, within the strategic defense technology business segment. Minor previously was president of Rockwell Shuttle Operations Co., a unit of the space transportation systems division. Rubenstein previously was president-space transportation systems division and president-space station systems division.
