SEC OK’s $25-Million Smart House Offering

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a $25-million offering in $10,000 units and half-units, according to Leon N. Weiner, executive committee chairman of the Smart House Limited Partnership, based in Upper Marlboro, Md.
Weiner, past president of the National Assn. of Home Builders, said the product will be an electrical, communications and gas distribution system for houses and small buildings.
