Office Project Slated for June

A June completion is scheduled for the $22-million 600 Corporate Pointe project, under construction on a 4 1/2-acre site at Slauson Avenue and Bristol Parkway in Culver City.
Developed by Bramalea California, Costa Mesa, and designed by the Nadel Partnership, Los Angeles, the 12-story office building and eight-story parking structure will have 270,000 square feet of office space, more than 4,000 square feet of retail space and more than 1,000 parking spaces.
Saffell & McAdam Inc., Irvine, is the general contractor and Fong & Associates, Costa Mesa, is the landscape architect.
