University Chief Resigns

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — University of Florida President Marshall Criser announced his resignation Friday as head of Florida’s largest university. His resignation, effective March 31, comes as police and legal officials investigate drug use on campus, but Criser, 60, said he was resigning to spend more time with his family.
