Scott Pollard was named senior vice president, commercial and industrial development, for Signal Landmark, an Irvine-based real estate developer. Pollard was formerly regional counsel for the Western United States for Homart Development Co. Before that, he was executive vice president of Arnel Development Co. In addition, Signal Landmark named Jeff Holm senior vice president, land development. Holm, who joined the company in 1969, will oversee land development projects, including the Bolsa Chica, San Diego, Hawaii and Lancaster properties in his new position. Before joining Signal, Holm was director of planning and architecture for William Lyon Development Co.
