Tom Benson, the boogeying owner of the New Orleans Saints, has been chosen king of the Mardi Gras Ball in New Orleans. U.S. Rep. Billy Tauzin (D-La.), chairman of the ball, chose his daughter, Kristie Tauzin, 18, as this year’s queen.
