Reagan Calls Ousted Panama President

WASHINGTON — President Reagan told Panama’s deposed president, Eric A. Delvalle, by telephone Tuesday that the United States still supports a return to democracy in the Central American republic, the chief White House spokesman said.
Spokesman Marlin Fitzwater said Reagan talked for about 10 minutes with Delvalle, who was in Miami visiting Panamanian exiles.
