Local News in Brief : Cypress : College Nets $67,800 From 2 Fund-Raisers

Two recent fund-raising events sponsored by the nonprofit Cypress College Foundation raised $67,800, which will go toward scholarships and special programs at the community college.

The seventh annual Jog/Bike/Swim-A-Thon in October raised $53,300, and the fourth annual Golf Classic in November raised $14,500.
