Harry W. Todd, chairman, chief executive and president of Rohr Industries, has been appointed a director of the Los Angeles Branch Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, effective Jan. 1. Todd was appointed by the central bank’s board of governors in Washington to a three-year term. Todd will replace outgoing director Thomas R. Brown, chairman of the board of Burr-Brown Corp. in Tucson.
