OPEC pumped an estimated 22.55 million barrels of crude oil a day last month, compared to 21.7 million barrels in October, a Reuters survey showed. The 13-member cartel, which agreed last Monday to limit output to 18.5 million barrels a day for the first half of 1989, now produces almost 22% over that amount.
