Medical Plaza to Be Occupied in Year

Occupancy is scheduled for next fall in the eight-story, $18-million California Medical Plaza under construction at 1402 Grand Ave.
The 75,000-square-foot building near the California Medical Center is 35% leased, according to Sandy Orell of RealVest. The architect is David Lawrence Gray & Associates and the contractor is Millie & Severson. The development principals are Robert G. Morris, David Lawrence Gray, William H. Allen Jr. and Dr. R. David Sibley.
