Crow, Copley Start La Mirada Complex

A joint-venture of Trammell Crow Co. and Copley Real Estate Advisors has started construction of Valley View Business Center, a $10.5-million mixed-use complex at 15300 Valley View Ave., La Mirada.
Textone Inc., manufacturer of wood-laminated materials, has already signed a lease to occupy about half the space in the 200,000-square-foot distribution, warehouse and assembling facility.
