Nine Soviet Students to Study at Oxford

OXFORD, England — Nine students from the Soviet Union arrived at Oxford University last week, the first Soviets to attend the ancient center of learning, the university announced.
New York millionaire George Soros and Britain’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office will pay the $7,000 tuition and living costs of each of the seven men and two women, school officials said.
