The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. has approved the takeover of a failed agricultural bank in Warsaw, Ind., by Trustcorp Bank of Goshen, Ind., which will assume the deposit liabilities of Liberty Bank & Trust Co. The failed bank’s four offices will reopen today as branches of Trustcorp Bank, and its depositors automatically will become depositors of the assuming bank, subject to approval by the appropriate court, FDIC said in a statement.
