Bank of A. Levy has completed a $5.1-million expansion and renovation of its headquarters in Ventura, consolidating its operations into a single 70,000-square-foot facility.
Designed by Rossetti Associates/Architects Planners, of Santa Monica, and constructed by Peck/Jones, the project consisted of renovating the existing 32,000-square-foot facility and adding 38,000 square feet of space in a cohesive courtyard design. A future 50,000-square-foot building will enclose the courtyard and complete the master plan.
