Goldwater
I’ve always respected retired Sen. Barry Goldwater (R-Ariz.); recently I agreed with him. He advised Dan Quayle to “go tell George to start talking about the issues” (Part I, Sept. 22).
Let’s hope all the candidates heed this suggestion. If not, we as citizens should demand it. We need more information before we can vote for our future.
