Former Pilots’ Negotiator Picked for Mediation Post

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Arthur A. Brennan, a labor arbitrator and mediator in Cotuit, Mass., to be a member of the National Mediation Board, the White House announced Wednesday. Brennan was director of representation for the Air Line Pilots Assn. in Washington from 1972 until 1984.
