Balcony Collapse Hurts 30

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Three people remained hospitalized Monday after an apartment balcony collapsed and sent about 40 party-goers crashing 10 feet to the ground, officials said. At least 30 people were injured in the accident early Sunday, hospital officials said.
