Will on Dukakis

It is perfectly in keeping with George Will’s arrogance that he should watch Michael Dukakis and see, as he has said (Op-Ed Page, Sept. 7), a self-satisfied scold. He may be seeing Dukakis, but the voice he is hearing is his own. He is attempting to project away his own most tiresome fault.
