Silicon Systems, a Tustin semiconductor manufacturer, said it has signed a significant technology partnership agreement with Hayes Microcomputer Products, a Norcross, Ga., maker of data communications equipment.
The two companies said the exclusive agreement calls for them to share technology to develop computer chips for current and future Hayes products.
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. Silicon Systems said the deal also covers the purchase of products by the two companies.
