Those plans for the Rolling Stones to reunite for an album are still a go. But Keith Richards is less than 100% happy with the reunion idea--and with longtime colleague Mick Jagger. In his new solo LP, “Talk Is Cheap,” Richards fingers Jagger for tending to his solo career the past few years by pointing out (on the song “You Don’t Move Me”) the relative busts of Jagger’s two solo albums: “Now you want to throw the dice / You already crapped out twice.” And to Rolling Stone magazine, Richards groused: “Mick kind of lost touch with the fact of how important the Stones were for him. He thought he could just hire another Rolling Stones. . . . And you can’t. You can’t hire that kind of thing.”
