Veteran cornerback Terry Taylor of the Seattle Seahawks went to New York to appeal his 30-day drug suspension with National Football League Commissioner Pete Rozelle.
Taylor is disputing the findings of a drug test that detected an illegal substance. It was the second test he had failed in 13 months.
