San Diego homicide detectives are investigating the death of a man whose badly decomposed body was discovered near the U. S.-Mexican border.
San Diego firefighters found the body in the brush when they responded to a small fire near Monument Road Tuesday.
Investigators are attempting to determine the man’s identity and cause of death.
