Law Firm Signs 15-Year Lease in Arco Plaza

The law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker has signed a 15-year lease worth more than $25 million for 48,600 square feet of additional office space in Shuwa Investments Corp.’s Arco Plaza.
The firm already occupies about 175,000 square feet in the Arco tower of the twin-tower complex. Tishman West Cos., Shuwa’s on-site manager.
