Senior Citizen Rentals on Way

A July, 1989, completion is planned for Sangnok Villa, a 60-unit senior citizen rental complex being developed by Sangnok Housing Corp. and Angeles Trust at 726-42 S. Bonnie Brae St., Los Angeles.
First Interstate Mortgage Co. provided $928,700 in construction and permanent financing for the development, which will consist entirely of one-bedroom apartments. The architect is Berman, Bertolini and Crawford, Architects, while the general contractor is KO-AM Co. Inc.
Sangnok Villa is the first project of Angeles Trust, a nonprofit organization composed of representatives of the Los Angeles Retirement Housing Foundation and the Community Redevelopment Agency.
