New Partners Disclose Plans

Builder/developer Edward G. (Bud) Warmington, Fieldcrest Homes Inc., Merchandising Matters and California Financial Corp., have formed the Warmington Group, a partnership at 2801 W. Coast Highway, Newport Beach, with branch offices in San Bernardino and Claremont.
The firm will deal in land acquisition, development, construction, merchandising, advertising, sales and finance.
Its initial plans call for projects in Santa Ana, Beaumont and Banning.
