Rodney R. Pollum has been named president and chief executive officer of DSP Systems Corp., Anaheim. He succeeds Louis Schirm IV, founder of the company, who becomes chairman and chief technologist. Pollum had been vice president of sales and marketing for the company, which he joined in 1985. DSP, a privately owned company, provides electronics products and engineering services to commercial and military customers.
