First-round choice Rickey Dixon, ending a lengthy salary holdout, came to terms with the Cincinnati Bengals, the team announced.
Dixon, a 5-foot 11-inch, 177-pound All-American safety who had eight interceptions at Oklahoma last season, was the longest holdout among the 1988 draft picks. He will begin practicing Monday, and he is expected to play cornerback for the Bengals.
