Youth Shot to Death in Possible Gang Killing
A 15-year-old Lake View Terrace boy was shot to death in Pacoima early Saturday in an incident that police said might be gang-related.
Los Angeles police said witnesses reported that Oscar Hernandez was shot about 3 a.m. near Pierce Street and Glenoaks Boulevard.
Witnesses took the boy to Pacifica Hospital of the Valley, where he later died, said Officer Jackie MacGregor.
Investigators have no suspects or motive, but are investigating whether the shooting was gang-related, police said.
