New Kings Will Draw More Fans to Forum

In response to Jeff White’s letter Aug. 27, it seems that many true (?) King fans are upset at who will be at the Forum this year. Many fans will not know any players of the past. So what? Maybe, in 1997, they will be telling new fans that they have been fans since 1988.
The players will respond better to playing a Wednesday game against Vancouver in front of 14,000 fans rather than 9,000 true King fans.
