Man Seized After Threats to All High Court Justices

WASHINGTON — A man accused of threatening to assault or kill all nine Supreme Court justices and a federal judge was arrested Friday at a homeless shelter in a Virginia suburb, the FBI announced. George Thomas Haley, 38, was upset about “the treatment of American Indians” when he made the written and verbal threats, an FBI spokeswoman said.
