San Diego
Three Southeast San Diego brothers, two with identical names, were arrested Wednesday in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man last Friday.
Avery Myers, 29, Robert Clark Myers, 30, and Robert Clark Myers, 31, addresses unknown, were arrested late Wednesday in the slaying of Herman Lindsey, 36, police spokesman Dave Cohen said.
Lindsey died last Friday at his Southeast San Diego residence as a result of many stab wounds, Cohen said.
Avery Myers and the younger Robert Clark Myers were taken into custody by San Diego police after a routine vehicle stop on South 38th Street, the spokesman said.
The older Robert Clark Myers was taken into custody at a residence in the 3200 block of Logan Street, Cohen said.
All three were booked into County Jail on suspicion of murder. They are being held on no-bail warrants.
